Experience premium muscle recovery services at our outdoor Recovery Centre, designed to help you optimise your performance and enhance your overall well-being.
Featuring:
Ice Baths: Immerse yourself in one of our 6 ice baths to reduce inflammation, alleviate muscle soreness, and speed up the recovery process. Temperature range: 4°C-7°C.
Hot Spa: Our spacious hot spa accommodates up to 10 individuals, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience to soothe tired muscles and promote circulation. Temperature range: 40°C-42°C.
Sauna: Step into our saunas to indulge in the therapeutic benefits of heat therapy, detoxify your body, and loosen tight muscles for improved flexibility. Temperature range: 80°C-90°C.
Compression Boots: Our Endurance Sport Recovery Compression Boots use pressurized air to increase blood flow and lymphatic drainage, promoting faster recovery time. It feels like a massage for your legs! SHG has 4 pairs of compression boots with the highest pressure on the market (280mmHg).

1hr session to access all Recovery facilities (ice baths, hot spa, sauna, boots). Guest bookings must be made during staffed hours. You must book 1hr in advance. Refunds are not available once a booking is confirmed.
SHG MEMBERS
Book via our SHG App, under the ‘Facility Bookings’ tab. Payment can be made on the app.
Bookings during UNSTAFFED hours (Weekdays 5AM-10AM, Sat 6AM-8AM), you’ll have to turn on the sauna yourself (allow 15 mins to heat up).GUESTS

Yes! Your guest must purchase a Recovery Pass and create a separate booking. Please note, if this is their first visit, they will have to create an online account.
Reminder: Bookings must be made 1hrs in advance, so make sure to secure your spot.

A clean towel, swimmers, and a water bottle. If you forget to bring a towel, you can purchase one from reception for $15.

No, the Recovery Centre membership is an add-on of $45 per week on top of your current weekly gym membership.
E.g. If you are on our $32.95/wk gym membership and have a Recovery Centre Membership Add-On, you will be debited $77.95/wk.

No, our Recovery Centre Memberships are offered to SHG Members only.
Guests can purchase Casual Recovery Passes!

There’s no commitment period for the Recovery Centre Membership, we just need 4 weeks’ cancellation notice via email info@strengthhousegym.net
